In Porto Cervo, Chef Italo Bassi proposes his new vision of Great Cuisine, based on Italian tradition and enriched by exotic fragrances and precious ingredients, with particular attention to typical Sardinian products and a strong accent on seafood crudités.
The proposal follows the common thread of excellence, ranging from gourmet dishes to tastings of oysters and caviar, from creative blends to champagne of great maison, to menus designed specifically for evenings and special events.
Alongside Italo Bassi, in the dining room, the unmistakable touch of Madame Confusion, Tatyana Rozenfeld, founder of the Club of Chronic Tasters, whose great international experience in the field of design contributes decisively to consecrate Confusion as an aesthetic gem.
